INEPTITUDE
- awkwardness: unskillfulness resulting from a lack of training
* Please note that system glitching and Ineptitude are two different things. Yes, Playdom and other programmers may be inept. Sometimes there are glitches in the system because of malfunction. When contacting Playdom, do not use these terms because you do not know for sure (unless you are absolutely positive with proof) if they are glitches or bad programmers/designers. Word carefully!
HARASSMENT
- aggressive pressure or intimidation.
"they face daily harassment by the police"
synonyms: persecution, intimidation, pressure, force, coercion; informal: to Hassle
"the report cites three separate accusations of harassment" - the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group, including threats and demands. The purposes may vary, including racial prejudice, personal malice, an attempt to force someone to quit a job or grant sexual favors, apply illegal pressure to collect a bill, or merely gain sadistic pleasure from making someone fearful or anxious.
* We here at Choco feel that this extends to game playing. Where we are now seeing people angry and retaliation against people who report others for non-fair gaming. You are within your rights as a Facebook member, a Playdom member and a Sorority Life player to report anything you feel is harming you. Anyone threatening you with any form of retaliation for doing so should be screen-captured and sent to myself or Cheryl. We do not feel that "normal" attacking in a game is harassment. Be responsible. Report only those truly harassing you or those who repeatedly attack in a game where the inequity makes you feel you cannot play.
BULLYING
- An Imbalance of Power: People who bully use their power—such as physical strength, access to embarrassing information, or popularity—to control or harm others. Power imbalances can change over time and in different situations, even if they involve the same people.
- Repetition: Bullying behaviors happen more than once or have the potential to happen more than once. Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose.
